What a glorious day, we might not be flat out busy but jobs are starting to come through.
With a few on going projects we started before lock down, now nearly ready for the electrics.

We are following all gov guidelines as a mater of course. To ensure your safety and ours.

One Iโ€™m not happy about is not accepting tea or coffee from customers. ๐Ÿ˜ข.

If you have any projects coming up please get in contact with us and can arrange a site visit observing social distancing of course.

Or why not get your work place tested and any repairs before your back. This is an ideal time to get those jobs done which werenโ€™t possible when fully occupied

We hope you are keeping well at the present time with the covid-19 issue we are all dealing with.

We offer electrical test & inspections on all types of premises but for landlords this is changing from this July 1st 2020 with mandatory safety checks, and any property that will have a new tenant from this date will need a EICR ( electrical inspection condition report ) carried out on the property in question, prior to the tenancy starting and anyone moving in.

If you have a tenant already in the property then a EICR will need to be carried out before the 1st April 2021 and local authorities will have the power to in force fines on landlords.

More can be found at the following web site

Take care and be safe everyone
